OK, I want to shed some pounds. And yes, I love to eat.

Although I have heard many times that starving does not help losing weight but the opposite, I still have tried it. Right, it wouldn’t work.

Now I am going for the golden weight loss rules: 1. More smaller meals; 2. Regular cardio exercises

The good news is that I can eat more often! I often encounter the problem of wanting to eat many different foods but not enough meals to ’spread’ them out. Now I can have them all! Just a little bit a time.

However, sometimes I just want to eat A LOT, especially with Eric! How enjoyable!

About cardio exercises.. it is still a headache.
